The location was brilliant, on a quiet street close to the pedestrian centre of Lille.
It is a 4 guest room B&B in a 140 year old town house - but what rooms and what a house. The décor was faultless and the standard of cleanliness up with the best we have ever encountered - anywhere!

Our stay at La Maison was all and more than we expected. Much has already been said by others- but this B and B is very special. Luxurious, spacious, spotlessly clean, and the owners and hosts look after every need. Breakfasts were generous and filling- you wont really need lunch! We were picked up from the station in Denis' London cab- and from that moment we were offered the highest standard of service and care. Thankyou Maison- we loved our stay. Zéro défaut. L'espace chambre bureau salle de bain donne à la fois sur rue et sur cour d'oú une lumière continue et un espace très très confortable. Grand lit. Grande douche grand confort. Grand parc en face de la très belle MaiSon Théodore. Accueil de Chantal formidable. Chantal est très souriante, très sympathique et prévenante, au petits soins. Petit déjeuner très sympa également .... Bref, séjour trop court !!!!

This is a small B&B, a beautiful, very comfortable house with friendly attentive owners, who are English-speaking. The house is kept very clean and tidy. When you arrive at the hotel, the front door totally belies the
wonderful, fantastic world that lies within! There are only three
bedrooms, each uniquely decorated with flair and creativity. Unique and,
quite frankly, bizarre objects are featured next to the more
traditional. It is just a huge fun place to stay. The beds are extremely
comfortable

I had a really great time staying in this B&B. Close to city center, shops and old part of the city. Room was great and breakfast is one of the best ones I have ever had. Raphaelle is such a sweatheart :-) Everything is well thought of and you will not miss a thing.
