The hotel location is very convenient with many cafes, grocery stores and metro stations nearby. The room (bedroom, kitchenette and bathroom) was well equipped and very comfortable, clean, and spacious. The staff at the front desk was very professional, attentive, helpful and kind. Elsa, Xavier and the lady on duty the day of our departure (1/12/13 around 12:00 pm) were particularly outstanding on their performance. We truly felt this was our home away from home. As soon as we entered the hotel, an inviting scent welcomed us. We knew
at that instant that out stay was going to be pleasant.
We liked the design details of the hotel. Every small detail was well thought-of. It looks as nice as in the pictures!
Service was quite good as well. They provided for everything we needed: adaptors for chargers, room service, maps and directions for where we wanted to go to, and taxi service.

We arrived back in Paris after a long day the staff were efficient and friendly, we ere given an upgrade to a lovely room with a sofa and a late check out. Initially we only booked for 1 night the next morning we changed the booking adding another night. A very enjoyable stay in a great location -
