We could walk to the Seine in about 20 minutes and a further 10 minutes to the Eiffel Tower.   The hotel was amazing old French style! Very nice! Small, but fit its purpouse! The best part of it thoug is its closeness to the Eiffel Tower and the Arc de Triumph!   the staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is ideal as it is only 3 minutes from the Champs Elysees and close to Franklin D R metro line (line 1). Basic breakfast but frankly you don't go to this hotel for it but its location and friendliness of staff was an added bonus.
