  The staff was so accommodating and friendly. We had an extra person join us in the room, they were able to give us a suite, they got us reservations for a show that was booked when we tried to call etc. The breakfast that is included was great!! Frederick and the hotel staff couldn't have made our stay nicer!!!! The staff was incredible and more along the lines of what I wuld expect from a 5 star hotel. The gentleman who works during the evenings got us an unforgetable dinner after 9 pm on Valentines Day. Then he was more then willing to make some phone calls in order to make sure we could get into an excellent night club.

  Propreté impeccable. Chambre accueillante où on s'y sent bien et qui est bien proportionnée. Je regrette de n'y êtes pas restée plus longtemps. Très bien placée, en plein coeur de Paris.   We adored the ambience and feel of the hotel. The bar was divinely intimate and lit for lovers like us in mind, the reception area was so beautiful and our superior room was well appointed too with grand windows covered in miles of sumptuous fabric. We loved the decor of the Regina and even though there was renovations happening, we were not at all inconvenienced by them. Our stay - The hotel's location is excellent - major attractions within walking distance. Our rooms ( looking over Place des Pyramides/Rue de Rivoli ) were spacious and spotless offering fine expansive views taking in the Eiffel Tower and Louvre, two Paris icons - what's not to love?! Regina's staff were very friendly and accommodating helping to make the stay there was most enjoyable. Am not able to comment on food at the hotel as we ate out at all times.

They helped with rail tickets, boarding passes, directions for sightseeing and anything else we needed. I like the boutique feeling of the hotel. It is small and cozy. The location is exceptional. It is just minutes from the Louvre, the Seine, Musee D'Orsay and the Opera. It is very convenient to the metro and to wonderful Japanese restaurants.

  Very friendly and helpful staff. The ac wasn't working for the first day but they sorted it out as soon as we told them. Breakfast is very good in a lovely room in the basement, and the waitress was very friendly and happy. The location close to the Louvre and Musee D'Orsay is great. Excellent location. This was great for me as I cannot walk for a long time. I was then able to stay in the vicinity, have a good time but still come back to rest in between. I loved the bath and shower. It was very clean. I loved the collection of art books and wished I had had more time to enjoy the mezzanine to read.
