  Great location and friendly, helpful staff. This apt is just a few blocks from the Louvre, but it is located in a quiet backstreet. Since we were traveling with our two children, this was a better and cheaper option than a hotel. We rented the "cozy" studio (4th floor walk-up) but we were upgraded to the larger, 2nd floor "urban" on the second d... ce que les gens disent » ay because the hot water heater broke. The building manager spoke English and took the time to show us how everything worked (washer-drier, WIFI, TV) - Very good location in center of Paris All sights within walking distance. But difficult to find the hotel without navigator. If you have heavy luggage you can ask hotel staff bring it to your room, because there is a no elevator. Rooms are very nice with all what you need. Near the hotel you can find many restaurants. I very recommend restaurant with kitchen of Lyon's region.

The next morning they helped us tremendously with our car reservation ( which the car company could not find). This was very much appreciated since it was a holiday in France and most places were closed. Reception working 24-7, taxi to airport - no problem. Nice renovated room with new furniture. We'll definetely be back again.

Our room was basically an apartment which provided great space for the three of us. Staying at this hotel was a really enjoyable experience. - The location was great. We were able to walk to Notre Dame and the Louvre in about 15 min. Lots of good restaurants nearby--and wonderful cafes. Charming neighborhood-shopping on the Rue de Rivoli and much more. Staff was friendly and available for questions. Very close to Metro station-less than 2 min. Perfect for tourist travel. Would highly recommend this boutique hotel.
