  I did not expect much from this hotel when I booked as I just needed a place close to Gare de L'est and Gare du Nord so that would be convenient for me to catch the trains to Strasbourg and Antwerp. When I got locked out from our suite with the new key which was a bit difficult to use, the housekeeping lady who happened to clean in th - Tutto/Everything Location just a few minutes walk from the subway. In a great area, close to canal St Martin where the French eat and hang out. Service The staff is friendly and useful. 24Hr service. Restaurant It was very busy at lunch. All locals. And that's because it is a very good restaurant. Design Both the restaurant and the hotel are pretty cool. Unique modern design. The room Nice size room and bathroom. No carpet. Clean. Very comfy bed. Lot's of beauty product. Coffee maker. And more.
