  We were welcomed with a wine sample from the domaine which is always a good way to begin! The wines here are fabulous and the location in Alsace was perfect for exploring the area. Our room was on the bottom floor and was bright, clean, and comfortable. It was set up to be handicap accessible and appeared to be thoughfully designed for that.   We liked the very comfortable self-contained facilities, the friendly welcome from the owners, the peace and quiet overlooking fields of vines, and the short walk to the village & restaurants. We were unsure of the exact location and having phoned for directions the owner came out on his bicycle to meet and guide us to the premises. The room overlooks the couples beautiful vineyard where they will also serve you breakfast. Within walking distance of two small villages with tons of restaurants and shopping yet this house is in a very quiet and peaceful area.
