  The room was spacious and very nicely decorated, but had 2 floors, with many stairs in between. The baby cot had actually no mattress, which was a shame. Reception staff ladies were very nice pleasant and professional, but the night receptionists (2 men) were almost rude when we'd asked for extra towels. Breakfast was poor, with very few things to... ce que les gens disent » choose from. Cleaning could be better (saw some hairs here and there), but it also gets a “Pass” from me. The next morning we asked for the housekeep - We went for a weekend trip at Disneyland with some friends the hotel was quite close to Disneyland 3-5 min trip with the car. The hotel was super it has all the facilities for a 4 star hotel and very clean. The staff where not so good English speakers but they tried their best so nothing to comment. Breakfast its ok for France so its worth it. They have a very good equipped gym, a nice SPA and the parking was free. You have a good equipped kitchen in every room ! A pleasant and a clean hotel.

  Un petit studio-hôtel vraiment très sympathique à proximité du centrecommercial Val d'Europe et de Disneyland. Agréable pour un petit séjouravec son compagnon.   I read a lot of reviews about this hotel before booking. Some negatives that stood out in the reviews I read was the poor customer service, shuttle hours stopping at 11:30pm so guests were not making it in time after the firework show at Disney, pool not being open, air conditioning not working, and the self-catering kitchen only having place sett... ce que les gens disent » ing for 2 and no spatula for cooking food. I still booked it for its price and location. It was actually a lovely stay. We drove from Germany by car, - The hotel is a good place to stay if you plan to visit Disneyland. Not too bad if you want to visit Paris, as the metro takes 40 minutes (week pass is advised). The additional sofa bed was very cozy and comfortable (my daughter loved it) and the full-wall windows (and the curtains) gave the room a very good look.   The hotel was perfectly located for Disneyland Paris. We are a family of 4 and found our stay very comfortable. The family suite was very well equipped and was very spacious. There were ample car parking spaces, we actually had two cars with a lot of luggage and we were able to park our cars right under our room. The shopping centre was only a ... ce que les gens disent » 5 minute drive away and there were restaurants there. There were a lot of mixed reviews especially about wifi. We had wifi in our room, so maybe thi - Stuff is very nice and helpful and willing to speak English! Room is very suitable and comfortable for young family like us! The main bed is very comfy and my wife and kids loved it! The kitchen is full of what you need to cook the dinner. Actually we saved some money by using that kitchen.The shuttle bus is convenient and is always on time. Overall, this hotel shows a well management and we got the value for what we paid for. It is very good hotel! We recoomend it to our friends for sure!

  cet hotel est très agréable dès l'entrée dans le hall, les chambres sont spacieuses et agéables a vivre, les lits sont confortables, les ustenciles sont fourni ce qui est très agréable, on peut s'inscrire au petit déjeuné juste avant d'y aller, le chois est complet. - Nous sommes une famille de 5 personnes et nous avons apprécié de pouvoir loger t... ce que les gens disent » ous ensemble dans ce petit appartement.   Un autre concept de l'hotellerie qui est tres plaisant. Nous etionsagreablement surpris de l'appartement ( spacieux, equipé,concfortable...) - Proximité du parc de loisirs et l'équipement des appartements.
