Great location with very nice view of mountains on both sides of the house. Resident manager Dmitri was very friendly and helpful. Our booked family room was not available but he made 2 rooms available to us. Being slightly away from the busy and noisy Chamonix was also a plus. -

If the weather is good you can see Mont Blanc from your terrace and the golf club's territory what is pleasant for the eyes and there are no other hotels back to back - silence all around( we lived on the second floor, room with Mont Blanc view). The staff were fantastic. Every single person we met seemed to like
their job, were incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and made us feel very
welcome. We loved staying at this hotel. The rooms were a good size for
European standards, very clean and quiet. The location was excellent- a

From the moment we arrived we were welcomed and every assistance was
given to us. The room was clean and tidy and each day the cleaning
and tidying whilst we were out was faultless. Breakfast was excellent
and generous in quantity. We were given helpful advice each day to
make the most of ourstay and on the last day the luggage storage and
shower meant we could have a full day skiing before our trip home.
Thanks also for arranging ourairport transfer. All in all a great
hotel in a great locatio

The staff is a fantastic bunch of friendly and energetic young people. We had a problem with food allergy and they went out of their way to help us.
The hotel is quiet but this might be different in busier times of the year (we stayed there between the ski season and summer).
Conveniently located out of Chamonix - car owners will appreciate that,

The food was good. A new chef had arrived -
We booked a room for just 1 night and called in a day before to inform
them that we will arrive late. The lady spoke English on phone and found
that everyone speaks English at the hotel too. The staf was extremely
helpful. They had given us their best room (18), but since we had lot of
luggage, we asked for a room at lower level. They quickly changed the
room (3), which was also a very good room. We asked for directions and
attractions in the morning, and again the staff was extremely helpful.
