Gwendoline and Philipe are fastidious and generous; welcoming and discerning; thoughtful and kind. I felt a part of their home. Breakfast was a marvel, worthy of any 5* hotel and the highlight - We had amazing time at B&B Dochavert. Location is perfect, only 10-minute walk to the old city and restaurants. This is a very beautiful B&B, hosts are the nicest people. They met us with champagne and snacks. Gweni was very helpful, she recommended few great restaurants in Carcassonne along with other beautiful places to visit while we were in Languedoc. The property is gorgeous with beautiful views of the castle and countryside. We had great breakfast with the most marvelous variety

  Le Passage was excellent! I was somewhat nervous staying in carcassonne after reading online you should stay 1 night maximum but we ended up extending our stay! Very easy walk to old cite and easy drive from motorway for daytrips around area. Cathy is incredibly friendly and welcoming. The rooms are gorgeously set up. Beds comfortable, huge shower... ce que les gens disent » s. Our Wifi wasn't working at one point and Cathy fixed the problem straight away. Food at the tapas restaurant below was also delicious! Be aware thi - The helpful and friendly staff. The location, which is adjacent to La Cite and within easy walking distance of Carcassonne. The room was well equipped and spacious. The tapas in the restaurant was excellent. I cannot fault Le Passage
