Friendly service. Excellent food. Wonderful old building, décor and furniture with displays of owners original artwork in rooms and restaurant. Village centre location to browse beautiful historic village. Popular with locals. Very comfortable and going back. Overall, very pleased.

I liked the very French atmosphere, simplicity and the charm of that old place (including the incredible charming room).
Village centre full of atmosphere.roomat the top with a lovely terrace and splendid view.
Quirky rooms, quite grand. Not your standard white, souless kind of room.
Unique, old world, casual, laid back staff.
Amazing location.
Very French, great food, intimate surroundings.
Quirky rooms with lots of character.
It's quirky real old fashioned France . Lovely village setting in fabulous Biot.
It's an old building - so bathroom is not state of the art, get over it! It's popular with locals, so some bar noise if you retire early. Parking is in village centre carpark with uphill walk which could be a problem if mobility impaired.
No air-condition.
Car access is very limited, this being due to the geographical conditions.
One waiter was extremely rude and ill mannered , he knows who he is , our other two waiters were lovely. Because of him we did not have breakfast there.
Shower wasnt great.
Bathrooms a bit old fashioned,( Shower pretty useless.no shampoo.).
The noise. No cars, but council vehicles start very early in the morning.
Shower was not great.
Feel my lack of being able to speak French a disadvantage, the staff had no English.
