  I initially booked this B&B because of it's secure parking on site. This was perfect for our purpose, and much more besides. Our Saint Martin room was charming, clean, well designed and very peaceful. The grounds are charming and the location is walkable in to Tours. The owners were very polite and helpful and we really couldn't fault our stay... ce que les gens disent » . - Dominique and Virginie are the perfect hosts. They made us welcome from the first minute, and did everything they could to help us to enjoy the beautiful city of Tours. La Héraudière is a lovely house with a delightful garden, and our room was stylish and comfortable. Breakfast was a particular pleasure.

  Nous avons apprécié notre court séjour à Beaumanoir. Il s'agit d'un petit manoir situé à quelques km du centre de Tours (5 minutes en voiture). Nos hôtes étaient très accueillants et nous ont donné de nombreux (bons!) conseils, tant pour les visites que pour les restaurants. La chambre Pimento, décorée avec goût, est spacieuse et agréable. Bon pet... ce que les gens disent » it déjeuner, bien que classique (yaourts maison, pain et confitures, croissants).   I entered my room and immediately felt like a princess away with my charming prince! The decor is gilded in old worldly elegance. The hostess was exceptionally friendly and helpful above and beyond her expected duties. She lent us her bike to make a quick errand into town. The Hotel is a short walk over the bridge to the heart of Tours. - Characterful B & B (not an hotel) in an old large family house with spacious rooms, solid furnishings and décor from a bygone era, overlooking the Loire with a tram service 250m away into Tour city centre. The large bed was the best we slept in out of 9 on our trip. Breakfast pastries and coffee wonderful. Proprietress welcoming and very helpful.

  Beautiful home in an amazing location on a quiet side street; so close to the train station and both the old & new parts of the city..all within easy walking distance. Alexandra (owner) was very helpful in showing us the area and answered all our questions in perfect English...even made us restaurant reservations. Luxurious bathroom and - The owners were exceptional, they went out of their way to be helpful, and we had a wonderful stay. The bathroom was large in a beautifully redone old city center home.   Anne and Bertrand are very welcoming and charming hosts. My son was not well on arrival and they were really helpful in giving me directions to the hospital in Amboise. The house, the room, and the grounds were beautiful and very peaceful - a wonderful place to relax. My son and I enjoyed the pool before venturing out again in the evenings and we found the local restaurant in Vouvray very satisfactory, with no boo - Terrific hosts, Anne and Bertrand made our stay so nice and comfortable, made wonderful dining recommendations and even helped us when a problem developed. It is a beautiful historic building with our room being so spacious that it had a living room area. A brand new bathroom appointed with state of the art fixtures. Breakfast was a treat each day (we stayed 4 days) and the tabs was so we set that we had to take pictures! We look forward to a return visit so we can stay in one of their two ne

I could stretch my arms out to the sides in the shower it was so large. I would definitely recommend this guest house to anyone staying in this vibrant city.

  Corinne was a fabulous hostess. Setting was lovely well decorated and a pleasant change from more typica decors. The semi troglodyte was fascinating. Great home cooked buffet breakfast. - Location is great, close to all Loire Valley attractions, castles, vineyards and so on. Host is wonderful, everything is clean, breakfast is excellent
