We really liked the roominess. Also were really pleased to have the
kitchen facilities, another feature we took advantage of was the
laundry, it was very handy at that time. Bathroom was very good for
us older people also although a seat in the shower would be nice.

My husband and I stayed here for 3 days and were extremely happy with accomodation. Excellent!! lovely size...bedroom great ( bed very hard but good) the bathroom huge and fabulous bath, shower. Fantastic kitchinette..we read other reviews and asked for 3 floors up and at the back off road which was quiet.great to offer enclosed secure parking tho

the staff were lovely very helpful and spoke english will also print tickets for you so you can avoid ques.. The kitchen was great there are large pans for cooking and there is a supermarket downstairs in the building which is reasonably priced .. It was really clean, and everything felt like new. The kitchen was well
stocked with utensils (yes, they do have bottle openers).
Also, it really helps to have heated towels on cold days.
It's only a 10-15 minutes walk to the nearest metro, which isn't that far at all. Though most part of the walk is on a slope.
Needless to say, the price was incredibly reasonable.

Parking gratuit . Amabilité et disponibilité de la personne à la réception, proximité du RER (5 minutes), accès rapide par RER (10 mm) au centre de Paris (attention cependant, il faut connaître les horaires de celui-ci pour ne pas perdre de temps puisque tous les trains ne s'arrêtent pas à Ivry sur Seine. - Le coin cuisine équipé

value we paid for rooms with us driving less than 20 min with traffic to Eiffel Tower. If you are looking for budget with NO frills, this IS the place. If you are high maintenance and need papering or extra things from hotel, this is NOT you place!

I loved the mood of the area, specially at night. The room was very clean, comfortable and well equiped.

Confortable, the kitchen with everything ready to use, a supermarket at the end of the street, away from the city center but has bus on the street, metro station 10 minutes away on foot, but especially bikes velib 100 meters from the hotel in 30/40 minutes you can reache everywhere

I traveled to Paris with my 1 year old kid. The hotel stay with kitchenette was excellent. It had all the basic stuff that one may need and the staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was perfectly cleaned. It has control for temperature (heater) and I really loved the stay at this hotel. -
