The hotel is an excellent choice in Sahl Hasheesh. The staff is amazing! From spotless cleanliness by Eid to service with a smile everywhere you go. The Sunglasses man Sabry kept our eyes clear enough to enjoy the incredible sea. Ibrahim took care of us every where we went. ... ce que les gens disent » orians! There was nothing to complain about with Mr. Mohamed Saied touring the hotel day and night to ensure all customers are happy. Basically we wer - Staff were exellent and very kind and polite.
Hasan, khalid and Amr were very welcoming at the lobby and reception desk.
They assisted me with all my queries and i was very satisfied with their service and hospitality.
Waiters and other staff such as, Eid, Ramadan, Saber, karim Mohammed, Ahmed and Salah were very helpful and attentive to my needs. The hotel manager was also very kind and generous.

L'ubication de l'hotel , le fitness, les restaurants - Everything. The hotel is generally very nice especially for families with young children. - Better service than in other hotels. I felt they were making an effort and taking that extra step toward better service. Nice beach.

The quiet general atmosphere combined with friendly smiling staff along with very good facilities and activities in the hotel, made this hotel an excellent choice to spend my vacation. El Gouna is THE place and Steigenberger is where to stay.

Enjoyed the food /resturant varities and ecxellent quality, polite helpful staff - specially Mostafa in Tajin resturant . The animation team is amazing , the aqua park , i enjoyed precious moments at the amazing jungle aqua park.
