price and location. i did not like the hotel it was either the airconditioning was not working or the staff failed to clean the rooms,or the doors were bad, my room was changed four times. the corridor leading to the restaurant was not spent the four nights I spent there.Even though I made a reservation they didn't reserve our two rooms. They provided only one room after one hour of our arriving the hotel. tous commentaires »
The location. 1. The a/c was not working well, 2. You have to call every time you want the lift (you cann't use it alone ! ), 3. There was a leakage in the bathroom from the floor above. Very durty, there was an underwear hanging from the shower, we spent two nights there and when we left it was still there. They don't change the sheets from the bed. Our room was on the 12th floor and the lift was working only up to 10th floor. Very poor breakfast. Extremelly noisy, I couldn't sleep.some part of the reception was leaking. the staff are so slow, the elevator is ancient and cannot be used by guest on their own. I asked towel, but they didn't send for 4 hours. I went down to the reception and I got it. Room was too noisy. I stayed only one day there. Not adequate for tourist. Some members of staff were unfriendly having no confidence with foreign people (retaining passports, forcing to pay in advance, …). The whole hotel was dirty. The bed (supported with bricks) and bathroom were an absolutely disaster. If you are not masochist avoid it.
