  The staff was friendly and spoke good English / Swedish / Danish. The location is good. It is located very close to a metro station and it only takes 5 minutes to go to the airport and 10-15 minutes to the center of Copenhagen once you are on a train.   A beautiful site. Relaxing and tranquil. Mainly geared to the spa treatments rather than tourists. Near train station (but not noisy) so easy to reach Copenhagen or Helsingor. Buffet breakfast was amazing! - I stayed in various hotels and hostels around scandinavia, and that was the best at the same budget

  Definitely get a room facing the courtyard as its much quieter than facing the rails. Rooms were adequate, and it was about 400m away from Central Station. Tivoli Gardens is just a little further only. This is a well-presented 3 star tourist hotel that is a perfect base for a city trip. Excellent location for the city centre, only 5 minutes walk to City Hall Square. Metro from the airport stops at Norreport and it's a 15 minute walk to the hotel.
