The food was excellent (a bit expensive, but excellent) and staff were excellent/friendly. Within walking distance to train station, to catch a train to Herning, which is a bit livelier. People all speak English and were friendly. -

Art work is really to be enjoyed. Do look at the sculpture at the front at night. Do take note of the work in the dining room. We were cycling and they had covered overnight bike storage near the entrance. We enjoyed our meal which is a set menu and if you turn up before 5 there are drinks and snacks which was great after a cycle. -

Right in the city. Surrounded by supermarkets. 2 minutes to Aros Museum.
15 minute walk to old town (but it costs 15 euro to see it), 5 minutes
to Stroget (shopping strip). Plenty of paid parking spaces onsite (88
Dkk) and nicely secured. There's metered parking outside which is
probably free after dark, but cars double park waiting for these spot

We booked a standard double room and it was very large with tall windows for ventilation, a high ceiling. The bathroom was at first glance very clean until I got in the shower and found mold on the grout between the tile. The shower was small & had a shower curtain the clung to your body :( (not very pleasant).
