  The boss is very friendly, and location is great. I love the bed, very comfortable. I really had 2 nights great sleep. And this hotel is like family-run. The breakfast is homemade. I like it, it makes me felt I was living like a local people. Highly recommended. - What a find ! Just like home away from home.   I liked the way the staff was available 24 hours and were extremely polite and very helpful. The location is pretty good as its near many bus stands and the metro station - The staff were really wonderful, very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was really nice too.

  I had a delayed flight to Copenhagen of 12 hours. so I missed my return flight from Copenhagen, and my next flight was after 3 days. so I booked this hotel from the airport. the staff was nice and helpful, they understood the situation. they had allowed me an early check in, and also a late check out (if the next guest programmed for the room do... ce que les gens disent » n't show up early). nice location, in the centre, near the central station. I didn't used any transport to visit Copenhagen. there is a main kitchen, - I stayed in this hotel for a week with my wife and enjoyed it. The location is great, near the Tivoli Garden, central metro station, city center and many attractions and shopping centers. The staff were very friendly and there is a guest kitchen in first floor where you can find tea, coffee, dishes, macrowave, coffee maker... And you can use these for free. We changed 5 hotel in Cph, but really felt good at this hotel. The price is low and it has big rooms in compare of other hotels we stayed.

  If you sre looking for a place that feels more like a home rather than a hotel I can thoroughly recommend this fantastic place. We were a group of friends taking up 3 if the apartments and we were all 100 % pleased with the accommodation. As I used to live 2 streets down from West End it totally felt like coming home. I have nothing bad to say about this place and w - Brilliant location. Really helpful staff before arrival. Immediate access on arrival. Great place for a group - we were 14 adults sharing 3 apartments staying various lengths and it worked brilliantly. Would also bring my kids back here for a family holiday.
