If you want fresh towels, linen or toilet paper you need to go to reception and ask. There is no TV/coffee/tea in the rm.   I booked a smoking room in Scandic Front on letsbookhotel.com. It was hard to find, as most of hotels in Copenhagen are totaly non smoking. So imagine my dispair when at the reception I learned that Scandic is non smoking too. Also, they let us check out later (at 14.00) free of charge and brought plenty of free nespresso capsules for the coffee - It was very clean and the staff was very helpul.
