  Great location. Fair price. Friendly staff. If you're looking for the same services as a hotel/motel this is not it! There is no daily servicing of your room. If you want fresh towels, linen or toilet paper you need to go to reception and ask. There is no TV/coffee/tea in the rm. It is a 5 min walk to Kings Square Metro station which is on same line as - Excellant... Couldn't fault for quality with budget and friendliness taken into account! Staff are fantastic, facilities are great with bar, disco (concealed dance area most evenings), large chilling out area and evening entertainment! This is basically a very cool & trendy place right in the heart of beautiful Copenhagen. My only regret was sleeping in on the one day I'd promised to go on the city walk lead by Aurora...   Very nice hotel, Staff are so friendly, helpful and smiling, the location can't get better, Tivoli is the best place to stay at especially that the longest pedestrian shopping area in Europe "Strøget" is only number of steps away from the hotel. the room is nice the design is cool as well regardless that the hotel is very old. still the experience... ce que les gens disent » was amazing - Excellent location. Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast has excellent selection of food for all palettes. Evening menu very good and great value for money. Room spacious, clean with a large bathroom.   Very modern. Good to know that you don't have to queue for check in and check out. There is no reception, they send you the entry code 48 hours before checking in. I stayed for 5 days amd I did not had any problems so I can't really comment how does the hotel responds to problems. Saying that I felt very safe walking around it in the evenings. I would recommend this hotel - You know what you'll get with Omena. Standard setup but various size and location of rooms. some are small with thin walls in an older part of the hotel and some are spacious and more privat. but all of them have the same items. They are all clean and with the basic necessity for a short stay. Excellent location, good beds, internet connection, microwave, water heater and instant coffe :)

  J'ai aimé le choix de pouvoir decider si oui ou non je devais rendre laclé en sortant pour une ballade, la politesse des employés et qu'on mepropose un café à 4h du matin en partant même si je ne prenais pas lepetit dej , les petits dej étant à partir de 7h. - Très bon accueil et hôtel bien situé

  Situation centrale. - We bought the Tivoli Tickets in anvance at hotel and got discount. The service was good at reception. The breakfast was great and tv for kids (cartoons) was nice idea! - Breakfast was great

  This is a newer, modern and very busy place with lots of activities for the younger children. Our standard room was a bit tide for parents and 16-year old with 2 suitcases but comfortable for sleeping. Air-conditioning proved welcomed as it was very hot. About 10 minute walk to Tivoli Gardens and additional 5 min to old town. Breakfast (include... ce que les gens disent » d in our rate) was excellent with plenty of choices. Parking was a bit expensive but I understand it's standard for Copenhagen. - Super sky bar with swing seats so you can take in the view across the river -the children absolutely loved that. The restaurant up there is a Sushi restaurant which was great and we enjoyed some grown up cocktails too!
