I had no trouble finding staff who spoke English. They were also patient with my attempts to speak Czechish. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful, including in the dining facilities, bowling alley and fitness center. The WiFi had fantastic reception. Modern, clean hotel with good-sized rooms. Integrated with a sports centre and spa, so plenty to do at the hotel. Close to Prague, so you can get in to visit the city, but located in a small village out in the countryside.

Very attentive and helpful staff. Promptly responded via my questions on email. Upon arriving, they can arrange the pick-up and drop-off at the airport. The hotel is a perfect stay away from the city busy life, its only 30 min away from city center by bus and metro. Relaxed and peaceful surroundings with a Dendrological Nature Park where you have a free visit ticket from the hotel. Many good options for lunch/dinner, either at the hotel's restaurant but also around.

problems are solved directly when you ask, bathroom was fixed etc. - We loved it. The room was perfect for a family with young children. The breakfast on the weekend was very good. The waterpark is easy access and very enjoyable. You are also a close and easy drive to the beautiful city of Prague.
