  The hotel is right in the center of Karlovy Vary which makes it less than 2 minutes walk from the central Spa area, the restaurants and the main shopping areas. The rooms are very spacious and nicely decorated "old-fashionly". The staff was most kind and helpful, and even gave each of us a present when we departed. I was on a business trip and enj... ce que les gens disent » oyed my stay a lot, and im sure the place would also be perfect for couples and families who would like a relaxing vacation. - The staff was great, especially the Lady at the reception (during the day, dark and curly hair). She was very helpful and hospitable, made us feel like home. Really friendly and pleasant. The room itself was cozy and beautiful view. Very clean. Good breakfast. The Lady from the reception also gave us discount tickets up to 40% to various spa accross the street, which we actually used for a great price. Very pleased with the hotel choice. Thank you again!

  The location is excellent right in the center of the town, very close to Hot springs, wonderful location. The room was clean, bright, comfortable and big enough with small refrigerator and coffee/tea making facilities, with spacious updated bathroom (no hair drier but as far as I know you can ask for one).
