  Four renovated stylish old buildings are connected to form this place. Not all have a lift, ours fortunately had. Our place was not yet made up so the very helpful front desk offered our extremely spacious (4-bed) family appartment or a maisonette-style (4-bed) w/o lift in the building that hosts cafe/breakfast. The location is only about 500m from the town square, the basement of one of its - This was a great Hotel. I booked it with my Father, we had an Apartment with seperate Bedrooms. The Service was very friendly, helpful and professional. They even booked for us a parking Lot in a different Hotel, because it was supervised. The Room is very big, modern, clean and comfortable. Leathersofa, Bathtub, seperate Toilet, Washing Machine, own closet Room for every Bedroom.   We had a downstairs room which had a balcony overlooking the river (there is also a balcony upstairs). The room wasn't modern but it was comfortable, functional and clean. Wifi worked well.   We liked the accommodation, the room was big, with nice new furniture, with balcony and it was a very quite place even though just few minutes walk from historical center of Cesky Krumlov. We will come again for s - Pension Pod Skalkou is located just outside the old town, a five minute walk has you in amongst this gorgeous wee town. The pension is new, clean, very well, appointed, a good breakfast selection is offered and it is staffed by a wonderfully friendly and helpful family. It has to be recommended 100%. Cesky Krumlov is very lucky to have accommodation such as Pension Pod Skalkou available for visitors.

  Location and facilities are fantastic. A lot of the sport actvities, you could not get bored, however you could relax yourself. Very good for children - Staff, big apartments in a good condition.

  A very charming guesthouse with lots of character and in a perfect location - a 5 minute walk from the main bus terminal, a 1 min walk from the bus stop from the train station, 1 min walk to the best panoramic view of the old town and a 5 min walk to the old town square. Perfect in every way. - The location and price are excellent. The buffet breakfast was very generous with the selection,staff was very nice and it's possible to park up to 3 cars in front of the pension, so it is convenient to have you car parked right on the spot as most places in Krumlov do not have parking and you have to walk to your hotel with your luggage.

We had the 4 first floor rooms in the old house, wow, every room was full of vintage items and antiquities of all sorts, access to the garden too which would have been lovely if the weather had been kinder. The car park and security was the reason we picked this hotel and they were very security conscious. We wish we - The owner, Vincent, was there to help us check in and show us the layout. The rooms were comfortable and clean. Nice beds and showers. The breakfast was generous with great fruits and local pastries. And he has on-site ample parking that was free. And best of all the location - it is just outside the main entrance to the city. Helps to have a gps, but it could not find the street number for some reason. I highly recommend this hotel.

  The location was very convenient for visiting the castle and old town. The staff were friendly and called a taxi for us and recommended a very good restaurant. The hotel was very clean and comfortable. - Hotel was very cosy and clean, rooms large and comfortable. Good value for money. Very quiet. 10-15 minutes' walk to the town centre.
