  Everything. We could not fault one aspect of the hotel. Staff extremely pleasant, helpful and attentive. Hotel immacuately clean. Decor excellent. Food delicious. - The location was perfect, walking distance to Prague castle compound and other attractions. The hotel was quiet and stylish. Staff was nice.

  My room was clean and quiet. The bed was amazingly comfortable and the shower was great. The restaurant is convenient and well-staffed, and the menu is good. The hotel staff is friendly and helpful, and the manager is very nice to talk with (he even brought me orange juice!). The Icon Boutique hotel is for me an hotel which I could actually live in. I'm very fussy and we were travelling in a group of 8. All of us could just praise the hotel. We are not the easiest of people to deal with as we can all be demamding, but there was nothing too difficult for the staff there. Theresa especially was fantastic with us.

  Beautiful, quiet, countryside location with very easy access to Prague (5 - 10 minutes to drive to subway station and then about 20 minutes to center of Prague). Excellent breakfast each morning, including fresh buns/bread, eggs (different style every morning), meats, cheese, jams, baked item, yogurt, juice, coffee and tea. Host and his wife were - We enjoyed our stay at Alt Pension. The owners from this family hotel are very friendly, and they will do anything to make your stay comfortable. The breakfeast is excellent. The rooms are very big, quied and beds are good. We especially liked the diner, it was really one category higher dan you can expect from other hotels. The prices are also good. Don't expect to be very close at prague, but it's perfectly reachable by bus/metro or by P/R with the car and then the metro. (+/- 30minutes)

Great design. Very cool atmosphere. Great bathroom. Complimentary prosseco with breakfast. Those who commented on the lighting system being complicated may be a little technophobic. It was pretty simple and took no time at all to understand. This would rate as one of the best hotel experiences for us. They raise the level from Ritz Carlton and Shangri La on the basis of atmosphere and room design alone.

  The hotel is located on a quiet, tree lined cobblestone street. The facilities are modern and comfortable. The multilingual staff is most accommodating and friendly. Breakfast was excellent! The hotel is a short, 20 minute walk to clock square in old town with numerous restaurants and cafes along the way.   It was absolutely lovely. The staff was gracious, made us feel welcome. It felt like old world charm. Of course it was expensive but it was definately worth the price. We used all the facilities, especially the fitness center. We also requested a late check-out which they accommodated. - The hotel staff was so helpful and obliging. I cant fault anything about this hotel.
