Staffs are all young people and are extremely friendly. While many people are enjoying this new concept, some people may find it too noisy. Our room was comfortable and clean, with nice bathroom, balcony, big led-tv, kettle and supercomfortable bed. Great design of reception zone, hall and bar. Wi-fi is about 6 euro per day. The breakfast lookes rich and costs 15 euro or about. It takes about 15 min walk to reach centre, 5 min by tram, 2 stops by metro (stop Krzikova is 2 minutes from hotel). Absolutely no sounds came trough the walls, floor or ceiling. The whole staff was polite and helpful. There is metro station right opposite the hotel. 2 out of 3 metrolines stops there. There is also a tram station right in front of the hotel. There - Staff were friendly and helpfull, usefull advice was freely given. Metro station across the road, so getting about was straightforward. Hotel is a 10-15minute walk from the Old town & Wenceslas Square. My partner had a birthday while we stayed and the small gifts left in our room were an unexpected surprise which she really appreciated.
