Staff welcomed us at 1:20am after late flight and helped us settle in with warm drinks and extra blankets.
We also had a super room for the 4 of us in eaves.
Location was also great, just next to Charles Bridge, but still quiet.

The hotel's location was great, with a walking distance to places of interest in every direction. Staff was helpful, we got e.g. extra blankets when asked. Room was very tidy and cleaned daily. Breakfast was comprehensive: sausage, different cheeses and cold cuts, eggs (scrambled and boiled), fruits, cereals of different types, yoghurt, toasts, green salad, potato salad, vegetables, couple of sort sweet pastries, juices, etc..). The location in perfect, in the city center but in a quite area. We didn't hear any noise at night. The front desk people was very friendly and the breakfast was excellent too. The room was very large and comfortable with the only exception that it has not outside windows.

Wow! What a surprise this place was! In a good way that is. I wasn't expecting an entire apartment but that is what we got! It was beautiful and comfortable. even for us standards. It was exceptionally clean. The staff was not
just friendly but went out of their way to help us. Martin and Milan
were exceptional. They located a fly shop in Prague and gave us
instructions on how to get there. The restaurant was very good and we
thought good value. I don't have a lot to compare with but wines
were comparable to us wine store prices in the restaurant not a 2 or 3

Excellent service de la part de tout le personnel, on sent bien le management suisse, très bon emplacement central, belle rénovation réussite de ce superbe immeuble du 12ème siècle, le buffet petit déjeuner est super. - Localisation tres commode.
