This was our second visit and we will definitely visit again. We really liked the beautiful artwork and details throughout the hotel. Each room was immaculate and individually decorated. The pool was free for guests and clean with plenty of seating around it. There were various areas to relax throughout the hotel, both inside and outside. Breakfast

Lovely location set amongst other villas, close to restuarants, minimarket, Borik beach and Puntamika marina.
Very quiet, nice rooms. Very pretty swimming pool and surrounding gardens.
Lovely staff, who offered us a complimentary glass of red wine and cake one afternoon.
Zadar old time within a 25 minute walking distance, short bus or tourist train ride.

The room was very very clean, and it was like a hotel knowing that it is not a hotel. And unlike what people said it was a very quiet night for us. We did not hear anything from the street. And the room even had tea and coffee and the staff were very helpful and I had forgotten a key there and they called me and followed me to the next destination

The room was very spacious, modern, nice decor, well laid out - and spotless. Very comfortable bed, lovely cotton bedlinen. Despite being in the centre of the old town, the double glazing prevented any noise disturbance. Great shower.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Villa Vanilla.
Our room was clean & had everything we needed, and there is a big supermarket & smaller shop close by for stocking up on food.
The swimming pool was lovely for cooling off from the very hot sunshine, and the sun loungers around it are perfect for relaxing.

first impressions as we arrived in the blazing sunshine was this Villa was spotlessly clean. We were welcomed warmly by Vesna and Tina and altough we arrived really early, well accomodated until our room was ready.We had the two bed with private pool, which for us was well worth the extra money. Peaceful and elegant. The shower was great and powerful. A very cheap taxi ride from the Old Town, about £5. Beautiful room with lovely stone walls, with simple, classy décor, very spacious. Perfect location in the Old Town, right near to all the pavement cafes - a perfect location for a late evening flight arrival and being able to go straight out to eat. Being able to explore the whole of Old Town easily from here on foot was wonderful.

Relaxing, enjoyed the terrace overlooking sea whilst having breakfast ordrinks in the evening. Managed to catch bus into Zadar City which was notrouble at all. - very helpful staff, sea view was exactly that.

I had never heard of Zadar before seeing the location on Ryanair. The hotel room was of a good size, very clean, very comfortable and we paid an extra £10 per/night for a sea view which was worth it. The restaurant was elevated with excellent views across to the old town.

The staff were amazing, answering all our queries, and helping us arrange fun things to do whilst in Zadar; the food was delicious, the best fish platter and best breakfast buffet all holiday, and really great room service, with champagne on arrival to celebrate our wedding anniversary overlooking the old town from our balcony. 9 kuna bus trip into town made this a nice quiet haven to relax after seeing the sites. This hotel is very close to several beaches. There is even a sandy beach close by. It is 30 - 45 minutes on foot and 5 - 7 minutes by bus. The breakfast was OK. -

Hotel Villa Julian was a very pleasant and welcoming place based in a stunnung area. On arrival to airport there is a transfer arrange which is very handy! Villa Julian has it all and I give them the warmest recommendations. Dario and Andreana together with their smiley staff makes you feel welcome yet gives you full privacy. The room was spotless and romantic with a sea view. It takes about 10min to the local beach and restaurant strip, and 30min to Zadar's charmng Old Town. It is a safe and tidy area and I wouldn't have wanted to stay any closer to town. All in all, very impressed.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The apartment was spacious, and fairly well equipped with wi-fi, a/c, tv, stove, utensils, refrigerator, washer... There was parking on site and several dining possibilities very close by. City center and a beach were both within a reasonable walking distance of about 2 kilometers (easy flat terrain). We were very comfortable and pleased with out stay.
