The apartment is beautiful and the family who runs it couldn't be nicer. (And, they left fresh, delicious cookies for us when we arrived. Yum!) It wasn't in the very center, but pretty close to everything we wanted to do. While it wasn't cheap, we really appreciated the nice accommodations and the helpful team so it was worth the price.

This was an excellent stay. When our flight was delayed and re-routed Tony stayed up and met us at 1:30 am at the bus station.
The apartment was perfect and centrally located. Breakfast on the terrace was lovely. Tony and Jessica were the consummate hosts and strived to make our stay comfortable and made us feel completely at home.

This was the perfect accommodation for our long weekend getaway. A very short walk to the main Riva without being in the crowds of tourists. The apartment was freshly renovated comfortable and very clean. Toni was friendly and professional to deal with. The included Breakfast on the terrace was very nice and substantial.

Jurica was extremely friendly. As previously mentioned in other comments
he gives you a mobile phone with his contact details and should you need
anything you can give him a call which put our mind at rest. He spoke

Rooms were very clean, spacious for 2 people and furnished really nicely almost as if in a hotel room. The kitchen -
Jurica, the apt owner, arranged for us to be collected from the ferry port and we were helped with our bags. He gave us some helpful info about the city and gave us a mobile so we could call him if we needed anything. He also offered to drive us to the airport for a reasonable amount.
The apartment was in an old building but had been renovated to an excellent standard.
It was in a very good location, close to the palace, riva and good restaurants.

The owner has gone out of their way to provide all the comforts of home.
We were three people staying just a couple of nights so found no problem

Croatian treats and bread. The most outstanding feature of our stay was
getting - I traveled to Croatia with friends and on the night of arrival our flight was delayed so we didn't end up getting into the city centre until after 11:00 PM (check in is supposed to happen before 11:00 PM). We were unable to contact the owner by telephone as we couldn't get the call to go through. (Note to readers planning to travel to Croatia: unless you have a cell phone you will need a calling card for pay phones!) However, the owner of the apartment stayed waiting for us for 2 hours! She

The apartment was very clean and spacious with all possible equipment. It was also on a calm area so it was peacefull staying there.
Owner Tonci was extremely friendly and helpful through out out whole stay starting from the fact that he picked us up from the bus station on the day of out arrival. He also gave us plenty of information about Split and made sure we as his guests enjoyed our stay.
All and all we enjoyed our stay at this apartment.

We had the ground floor apartment which is very nice. Large living/kitchen area includes dining table and chairs as well a couch and chair. Bedroom of average size but room for luggage in the hallway. Washing machine available. Lovely back courtyard with seating under a shady vine covered pergola. This roomy, stylish and centrally located accommodation provided a great base for our family to explore Split, the island of Hvar, Krka National Park, Sibenik, Trogir, Ciovo and Zadar. Most necessary mod cons are provided. The apartment is tastefully decorated and furnished. The host is friendly, helpful and inviting. The accommodation is filled with the pleasant scent of lavender along with evidence of an appreciation for the arts in every room.
