  Staff were amazing. I spent two nights at the Authentic Luxury in Split. The staff took the time to share the history of their home and were very helpful. Staff took great pride in their facilities. Staff are nice and helpful. The room is clean, tidy and comfortable. It seems that it had been renovated recently. The price is reasonable for such good quality.   Wow. This place is fabulous! To start, our host, Marija, simply could not have been kinder or more accommodating. She was extremely helpful in making recommendations for sightseeing, dining, etc. in Split. She was also very gracious about accommodating a couple of special requests we had.   The apartment was lovely and very clean. The location was perfect - beach was very closed and also the old town was near. The staff was perfect. They were really friendly and very helpful. This is a perfect hotel for a very nice price. - We were greeted by Neno who was very accommodating throughout our stay. Our booking included breakfast and we were delivered our order when we requested it, with a range of delicious Croatian breakfast foods. When we checked out, they held our luggage and drove us to the bus station to catch the bus to the airport. We would highly recommend how comfortable accommodation.

  We loved the location! It could not have been more perfect, right in the palace, close to the harbour, the beaches, and all the best restaurants and shopping.   Firstly, we never write any comments about the hotels on here as none have justified the action. Until now. Palace suites is truly a hidden gem in Split. From the moment we arrived (earlier than the required check in time) Zeljka made us feel so welcomed. She pointed out all major attractions and gave great suggestions for restaraunts and - My stay at Palace Suites was truly fabulous. I wanted to be in Diocletian Palace so I knew not to expect a big chain style hotel. This boutique property was delightful- the staff went out of their way to be helpful, my suite was beautiful-by far the largest Suite I have stayed in during my European travels.   We spent a great night in Split at Sleep Inn. The rooms are beautiful, comfortable, well-designed and the service was fantastic and friendly. I would highly recommend this hotel to friends and family. The only trouble we ran into was finding it -- the exterior signage is small (it's a boutique hotel) so we drove by it a few times before finding i... ce que les gens disent » t. Parking isn't great either so be sure to ask the hotel for suggestions (they were SO helpful and emailed us lots of ideas and a map with locations - The staff was excellent - very friendly and helpful, and they spoke English very well.   Very clean, the owners are very welcoming and make you you feel very confortable!!! You need a car if you do not like walking, it is a bit far from the city center, 20 min walk or take a local bus!
