This was a great hotel. Very modern with good facilities and friendly, helpful staff. The room we had was very clean, in fact the whole hotel was spotless, and a good size with great shower room and good size balcony with table and 2 chairs. The bed was very comfortable. Architecturally and as measured by position views etc. this is a gem.
In the case of the experience at the hotel we were not let down. Staff
were excellent, always helpful and friendly. Facilities were great;
wonderful outdoor pool with towels provided and poolside service .
Excellent breakfasts individually made if required. A lovely walk along
the waterfront took you to the old town in about 40 minutes or taxi
from the hotel for 56 Kunar (£8 €7). Connections from the airport

L'accueil est excellent, le personnel compétent et accessible, la chambre et en particulier la salle de bain très agréable. Je recommande fortement cet hôtel. - Un petit déjeuner complet, car pour ceux qui ne déjeunent pas salé, iln'y avait rien de sucré, seules 3 tranches de pain.

Location of hotel is ideal..short walk into city center, yet away from the crowds. Beach is across the street. Hotel is nicely maintained-rooms are a bit stark. But, staff was wonderful and the hotel offers a very comfortable atmosphere with nice dining area and very pretty setting. -

Firstly, we never write any comments about the hotels on here as none
have justified the action. Until now. Palace suites is truly a hidden
gem in Split. From the moment we arrived (earlier than the required
check in time) Zeljka made us feel so welcomed. After quickly checking

My stay at Palace Suites was truly fabulous. I wanted to be in Diocletian Palace so I knew not to expect a big chain style hotel. This boutique property was delightful- the staff went out of their way to be helpful, my suite was beautiful-by far the largest Suite I have stayed in during my European travels. Breakfast was fantastic and i left not needing lunch at all. This was not the usual Continental breakfast that I expected- I had delicious omlette and had many additional items to select- fr

I was coming from Dubrovnik and we were 1,5 hours late because of the Bosnia-Croatia border crossing. We liked everything about our stay. The owners were really friendly and helpful and they wouldn't bother us during our stay like it happened in other apartments before. It is literally 10 minute walk to downtown Split and 3 minutes to the local supermarket Konzum. The apartment is superbly furnished yet practical with all kitchen appliances incl. coffee machine. There is even a small patio with a table and chairs in front of the apartment.

Nincevica street is a great location, only 5 min walk from town center
and beach. Can access town through the city or there is a quiet little
mediterran street behind the apartment which also leads to the center.
Well equipped apartment and kitchen. Would stay there again.

Charming, top-floor apartment with roof terrace within walking distance of the city centre. There are several tourist guides present to plan your visits. We were received in a very friendly and helpful way.

The hosts were really kind and recommended us places to see, beaches to visit, restaurants to eat. Also, the private parking was a big plus. Apartment was nice, not amazing, a bit too expensive for the included comfort and amenities.

All the staff were of a friendly nature and informative.
The location for us was just right for us, out of the way of mass tourists/old town. -
Cheap, staff very helpful and rooms had air conditioning. Standard but good value for money.
