  Accueil forminable, la propriétaire est extrêmement sympa, elle nous a offert plein de choses typiques de la croatie: vin, fromages, lavande, biscuits. La maison est située à 5-10 min à pied du centre- ville et à 2 min d'une plage! La chambre était propre, très confortable avec un balcon. Nous avions aussi accès à une grande cuisine.   The owners are very approacheable and reliable. They organized my transfers perfectly and at a lower cost than local cabs. The location of the guesthouse is very good, only a 2 minute walk to the historic centre and Diocletian Palace, and a 7 minute walk to the port (from where you can take the boats and ferries to the islands).   Très bien placé dans le centre ville de Split. Un peu dur à trouver, il faut avoir une carte. Nous avions le studio qui a tout ce qui est nécessaire à un séjour et qui est propre. Le prix n'est pas très cher, il faut en profiter. - 4-5 mn à pied depuis le centre, 20 mn à pied depuis le port de ferry. La femme qui nous accueille est super sympa.   Apartments neno was excellent. Nedjeljko was a wonderful host and the apartment was incredibly clean. It was a bit hard to find at first, but I called Nedjeljko and he immediately came to meet me and led me there. The bed was comfy, the wifi was fast and having a washing machine midway through my trip was a godsend. It's also far enough away from the main street so that it's quiet and peacef - The location was excellent - just a short walk (with suitcases) from the port and bus stops and an even shorter walk (less than 5 minutes) to the City Center and Diocletian's Palace. The owner was really accommodating, very friendly and most helpful in telling us the best places to go and how to get there. He even took us to the airport on our departure to save us some time and expense!

  We were welcomed by Miranda as soon as we arrived and she couldn't have been more friendly or hospitable. Miranda and her husband spent time with us telling us about the city and a bit about their family. One night she even took us to a Roman food event being held within the palace. Overall we had a fantastic experience. - Miranda went above and beyond to show us around, give advice on the city and ensure we enjoyed our stay! The rooms were perfect sizes for 3 people and there were washing machine facilities, kitchenette and dining table to eat in. Excellent location both less than 5 mins walk to beach. Thanks Miranda! We had an amazing time!

  Very friendly staff who offered to carry my suitcase up three flights. Lovely small room. Fantastic location in the old part of the town. Right on the water. I had to leave 6am and they organised breakfast for me before I had to leave. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone. The staff were friendly and our room (No. 2) was perfect.

  The Lady receiving us was absolutly friendly and helpfull. The room is clean and nice with a great view and terrace (appartment 2). Great added value: a car park. Very difficult to find at that location so close to city center!!! - The house owner is very friendly and helpful.   Good location, only a few minutes walk to the old centre. The facility is basic but good enough for a short stay. The owner is very friendly, she provided me with useful information about Split. - Well equipped and clean studio apartment a bit to the south of the city center (about 15 minutes walk slightly up hill).
