We booked this hotel the night before when we had to return to Split and wish we had seen it on our earlier trip. Lovely hotel with a cafe and restaurant attached. We stayed for 2 nights after doing Sail Croatia for 7 days. What a wonderful place made even more enjoyable by the warmth and friendliness of Velco & Katica. Velco collected us from the bus station and had no problems with an early check-in. Good sized double rooms both with excellent air-conditioning. Large balcony with table & chairs and kitchen was good. Swimming pool was also very good, especially after a warm day in the sun. Two bathrooms was also good.

We stayed in the apartment - room 1. For the moment we arrived we were taken care of. We were given ice creams,coffee and nothing was any hassle. We even borrowed a beach umbrella. As a family we have travelled alot and I can honestly say the service provided by this team is 5star - exceptional. I would not hesitate in recommending this hotel and would most definitely return. Some people have mentioned the bells but really, any where in Croatia you hear the bells at sometime! Didn't stop

The reception is in Hotel Milenji which facilities can be used by guests in Vila Verica. Receptionist was very helpful and was very fluent in english. We stayed in a studio on the 4th flour with a small balcony with side view to the beach. The beach is right in front of the hotel. The centre with shops and market is in walking distance. We enjoyed very much our stay and the localization was excellent.

Friendly owners, very helpful, who made us feel at home. Neat rooms as shown in the pictures. Very nice view from the terrace! Location is perfect, 5min from the supermarket and 10min from the beach. I would strongly recommend this accomodation to other people!
