The location is ideal , 5mn walk from the riva (no climb) where
evrything is happening (restaurants , boat to he islands) . We were met
by Jure at the bus station and it's a 1 mn walk from there . At the
bus station there is a Konsum supermarket, a fruits and vegetables open
market , bakery, cheese and ham and wine shop and a laundrette which is

The appartement itself is functionnal and in very good condition but without charm . -
Everything was top notch at this apartment. From check in to departure.
Our host helped us with exploring the town. Car and boat rental way
better than agency rates. The best place we stayed on our trip so far
in Croatia the past two weeks. You are in the heart of the town and
about a minute walk to bus station and main area. Quite street and
beautiful Terrance to enjoy some wine on a nice evening. Apartment was
twice the size of anything we rented before. Wifi was perfect. 2 big

As noted already, everything was excellent... But An extra congratulations goes to the hotel.
I had left some documentation in my room, and the hotel was kind enough to deliver it to me, with one of the staff members as I had already left the island.

As a family we had a fantastic stay at Villa Rubcic. Apartments were clean. All the rooms were larger than expected. Great wi-fi and air conditioning. The location just cannot be beaten. So close to everything you want or need in Makarska, supermarket, beaches, restaurants, fast food outlets etc.

The apartman is in a very good location in Makarska. Close to the main beach and to the restaurants. Our department was nice and comfortable with sea view (to be honest you can see mostly the trees on the beach, but it is not a problem). The owners were very helpful, and there were a washing machine also in the bathroom. The air condition was very useful in the warm weather. The balcony was nice, and enough for two people and for the drying rack (what was a bit rusty).

We really enjoyed our stay at Villa Stil, the hotel is a bargain for the
price. We were picked up at the airport by a friendly Ivan which was
handy as I doubt we would have found the hotel in a taxi. When we
arrived we had a lovely room at the side of the hotel which had a
beautiful sea view (ignore the large drilling platform to the far

Very efficient welcome. Great apartment, wonderful view and great pool (but don't expect it to be heated)- perfect for children. Within reasonable walking distance to taxi-boats to Trogir/ beaches and supermarkets. Good value for money- would definitely recommend to others.

The staff are wonderful! We had a very early morning ferry back to the mainland at the end of our stay and would be missing the breakfast in the hotel's dining room. Not only did the staff pack us a breakfast to eat on the ferry, but they also packed us a huge lunch! Unbelievably generous in a day and age where so many places nickel and dime their guests. Our host was great! Her husband drove us to the ferry/bus port early

views of the sea and islands around Hvar. The apartment had a great

The customer service at Hotel Marul was superb. The receptionists were very welcoming when we came in, showed us around the hotel and shared insights/recommendations for dinner and activities in the city. We had a nice room with balcony and yard view. There was curtains at the window, but still we had a little feeling that anyone from the house in front of us could see us when the light was on.
We had a difficulty finding the right building, but the owner was there to meet us.
