  We booked this hotel the night before when we had to return to Split and wish we had seen it on our earlier trip. Lovely hotel with a cafe and restaurant attached. The restaurant next door was also great value for money and has been voted the best in Split. We would stay here again - We enjoyed the view from our balcony and from the breakfast room. There is a small beach in front of the hotel. The english breakfast was good. The room was clean and comfortable. Good when you are traveling along the coast and have a car to visit Split and other beaches, having free parking in a quiet zone.

For the moment we arrived we were taken care of. We were given ice creams,coffee and nothing was any hassle. We even borrowed a beach umbrella. As a family we have travelled alot and I can honestly say the service provided by this team is 5star - exceptional. I would not hesitate in recommending this hotel and would most definitely return. Some people have mentioned the bells but really, any where in Croatia you hear the bells at sometime! Didn't stop

  Buzolic was absolutely fantastic! This is a real family run place and you get a real sense of being cared for (without being intrusive in any way). We were collected from the bus station and told all the important information about the area. The apartment was lovely, with everything you would need and fabulous views of the pakleni islands (however... ce que les gens disent » we just used as a base really). And a bottle of wine from the neighbours as ours dropped o - We were greeted at the bus station by owners who gave us a lift to the apartment (free of charge) it wasn't a long distance to walk but the gesture was lovely as we'd just spent 8 hours on a ferry. The apartment was a short distance to the harbour with restaurants and night life. The apartment was well equipped and was perfect for us as all we wanted was a 'base'.   Il est près de l'aeroport - they were extremely helpful with answering 'tourist' questions and even brought breakfast to our room so that we didn't have to miss it. - Wonderful, kind and helpful staff. Hotel and room were spotless. Air conditioning was excellent. Breakfast was more than ample.

  We were sutisfied with everything in hotel Makarsa. Staff was friendly, everything was perfectly clean , breakfast was delicious. Perfect hotel and we hope we would come soon again. - great mixture of the mountain and sea views. good breakfast easy access to various restaurants.
