Nice big rooms, loved the sweet sherry with chocolates, Emilia is very friendly and helps out with recommendations etc, views from room are spectacular, terrace where breakfast is served is great. We found it quiet even though you are on a well traveled road. -

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Royal Suites, which is ideally situated near the old town. The highlight was the outstanding attitude of the staff, who provided us with excellent advice and support. Nothing was too much trouble for Maria, Tony, Tina and Lana. The room was very clean and comfortable and we enjoyed excellent breakfasts. We would certainly stay at the hotel again.

When we arrived, were greeted by the members of the restaurant staff who saw us to our room (even carried my bag!), told us about the room and the area, told us about the 10% discount if we paid for the room in cash and the 10% discount at the restaurant. I was so pleased I had chosen to stay at Šplit Apartments. They are an easy 10 minute walk from the Old Town and waterfront promenade. There is a shop and small daily market just around the corner and the apartment itself is spacious with everything one needs for a special holiday in Split.

The apartments were like a little home away from home. They were clean, beautifully decorated and had everything you could want. The bathroom had all the normal toiletries plus a hairdryer and washing machine with detergent. The kitchen had a full set of china and silverware, coffee maker, toaster, basic cooking ingredients like oil to spray on pans and even a cheese grater. We stayed in One Bedroom Apartment Senjska street. The owners were friendly and pro-active. It had a great location - slightly up Marjan Hill and a short walk to the Riva front. There are some lovely restaurants on the same street (Konobo Marjan, Tinel) as well as a little supermarket. The air-conditioning was good (and much needed!). Powerful shower. Lots of wardrobe space. All in all it surpassed expectations considering the relatively modest price. Recommended :)

The appartment is very clean, it has a nice view at the harbour. The owners do everything to make your stay as good as possible. In 5 minutes you are in the old town of Trogir. The closest beach at walking distance is on rocks, but there are more beaches at a little further distance. Also the owners can drive you to a members-only beachclub were you have a free entrance when you stay at villa angel.
