  The location is perfect for visiting the Old Town of Split by foot and even more. And what a joy to live inside the walls of Diocletian's Palace: good facilities, very calm (in February), beautiful view on the city square. We enjoyed the very big old terrace just 2 metters under the clock tower of Split, a real privilege for the morning coffee. Un appartement idéalement situé dans les murs du vieux pala - My cousins and I could not have been happier with the accommodations and especially the location. I have been to Split many times and have in the past always stayed in hotels. This was my first experience with an "apartment" type of accommodation. I loved loved loved the patio for late evening relaxation and people watching. Everything was like new and very clean. Both Antonia and Robi were wonderful and were very helpful in making our stay one to remember. - The apartment was a very nice size for 4 adults and magnificently located just outside the western wall of the palace at the Iron Gate. The terrace was amazing and spacious with a nice view of the square and a beautiful Romanesque house tower with Gothic belfry and Renaissance 24 hour clock adjoining the terrace. No bells ringing thankfully. Very charming and full of history. A great location to explore the palace and return to wonderful accommodations.

  Staff were amazing. I spent two nights at the Authentic Luxury in Split. The staff took the time to share the history of their home and were very helpful. Staff took great pride in their facilities. Staff are nice and helpful. The room is clean, tidy and comfortable. It seems that it had been renovated recently. The price is reasonable for such good quality. I would choose it again if I go there again.

  The location is fantastic: 5 minutes walk to Diocletian's Palace, but tucked around the back of a building and thus absolutely quiet. Central Split can be a raucous party scene, but Royal Suites is dead quiet, despite its proximity. The staff is also absolutely fantastic. Someone also waited up for our arrival at 11 PM on a Sunday night. The - We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Royal Suites, which is ideally situated near the old town. The highlight was the outstanding attitude of the staff, who provided us with excellent advice and support. Nothing was too much trouble for Maria, Tony, Tina and Lana. The room was very clean and comfortable and we enjoyed excellent breakfasts. We would certainly stay at the hotel again.

  The apartment (Klarina street 18) was clean and comfortable. It was very close to the Diocletian’s Palace, Bačvice Beach, Ferry Port and Train station. Iva was kind and helpful.   Nice big rooms, loved the sweet sherry with chocolates, Emilia is very friendly and helps out with recommendations etc, views from room are spectacular, terrace where breakfast is served is great.   Brilliant location - close to beach - great views and close to centre of town without being noisy. Good size apartment - clean and well furnished. Great little swimming pool.   I do not know where to start. We just finished traveling Croatia for 9 days and our last 2 nights were here in Split and it was the best accommodation we stayed in on our trip. The apartment was fully furnished. Dishes, washing machine, towels, tv, Internet. The owner, Branka, was the best as well. She made the apartment so welcoming and was there... ce que les gens disent » if we needed anything. The Tv wasnt working and she called the provider and it was fixed in minutes. The location was excellent, right off the main s - We stayed in One Bedroom Apartment Senjska street. The owners were friendly and pro-active. It had a great location - slightly up Marjan Hill and a short walk to the Riva front. There are some lovely restaurants on the same street (Konobo Marjan, Tinel) as well as a little supermarket. The air-conditioning was good (and much needed!). Powerful shower. Lots of wardrobe space. All in all it surpassed expectations considering the relatively modest price. Recommended :)

  The apartment was clean, air conditioned, fully equipped and a good wifi. Everything worked as expected. The place was great and the apartment had a nice view over the sea and marina. It is located minute of walk from the beach and nice beach bars. We had great time eating dinner with our frends on lovely balcony with sea view.
