  Fantastic hotel with great access to all Makarska has to offer. After an initial mix up with our booking, this was fixed without any fuss and the next day we also received a beautiful fruit basket and bottle of wine from the management. Breakfast was probably the best we had been offered on our Europe trip, fresh and plentiful every morning regardl - Best place we have stayed- location can't get any better than that.The service from 1st day to last was 1st class.The view from balcony awesome- food great and plentiful. Pool very relaxing. We really enjoyed our time there.Will be returning again to Hotel Meteor. Makarska is a wonderful place and Hotel Meteor made it more enjoyable

  The staff are absolutely wonderful. They are there for you in whatever way you need them. The hotel itself is located literally 10 seconds away from the beach. My partner and I thoroughly enjoyed being able to spend all day at the beach and coming back to our room whenever we liked. The hotel room was massive! Very comfortable. Relatively smaller than some of the other hotels in the area, but this gave it a more personal touch ie you are a name not a number! Recommend the superior rooms with sea views. Good room facilities with great shower (including multi jets). But what really made this holiday were the staff on reception.   The staff were all exceptional, very friendly and welcoming. The location is great with excellent views and a very short walk to the main port-side part of town. - Very nice and helpful owner, friendly staff, very clean place, felt like being taken care of. Great view from the balcony. We will certainly come back.

Family run and owners were super, asking all the time if everything was okay and what extra we needed. Access to a washing machine was great as we were travelling with our 1 year old daughter. Views of the sea and 50m walk to the beach, promenade and cafes made our holiday easy and enjoyable. Also located in a nice part of Makarska.
