Ankica was so welcoming, she answered all my correspondence, had her lovely husband collect us from the bus, gave us a bottle of her home made cherry brandy that was magnificent, and was available for any queries that we had. I have never been given such a welcoming anywhere else, she is a lovely lady and I would never hesitate in totally recommending Apartment Familia to any other travellers. Minutes to restaurants and a very short stroll to the beach and markets.

Very spacious, with a balcony that looked out onto the Biokovo mountains - stunning. Easy access to beach and Makarska restaurants (we parked above the town opposite a school and a 10 minute walk). Parking can be very difficult in the town proper. Excellent WiFi and on site parking. A quiet area with a large supermarket nearby further up the hill.

Fantastic hotel with great access to all Makarska has to offer. After an initial mix up with our booking, this was fixed without any fuss and the next day we also received a beautiful fruit basket and bottle of wine from the management. This was unexpected and really appreciated. The hotel itself has everything that one would want on a holiday

Best place we have stayed- location can't get any better than that.The service from 1st day to last was 1st class.The view from balcony awesome- food great and plentiful. Pool very relaxing. We really enjoyed our time there.Will be returning again to Hotel Meteor. Makarska is a wonderful place and Hotel Meteor made it more enjoyable

Personal, location, room, suficient basic breakfast, only hot dish is omlet, coffe automat, nice view- we had seaside, not so loud. A lot of bars, restourants- you are in the middle of it. Beach is nice 5 min walk away, but very crowded! We went to Tučepi. -

The Apartment was very close to the beach and the town. The Internet was excellent. Danny spoke very good english and was most helpful. There was free parking outside the Apartment. -
