The villa is in a good location for exploring Dubrovnik and the surrounding area, especially if you have a car. There is a lovely coastal walk just a minutes walk from the villa, and loads of places to swim or watch the cruise boats coming in and out of the port. If you climb up the garden at the back of the pool there are wonderful views over the port and bridge. The old town is a short bus or taxi ride away. Katarina is such a warm, friendly and helpful person and she went out of her way to make us feel comfortable and at home. I appreciate her personal approach. The apartment is conveniently located 10 minutes walk from the old town and there is supermarket just accross the street. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely go back.

It's a great location just of the Stradun, really easy to get around to the cable car, the walls, restaurants etc.
**Tip** Take a backpack and not suitcases, there are a LOT of steps in Dubrovnik old town and carrying a suitcase up and down them is a bit of a pain. don't let that put you off staying in the old town though, it's romantic and beautiful. Great location to the south side of the city within the city walls. Close to al the sights, bars and restaurants. The property is a house on three floors. The owner, Antun, got in touch beforehand to make our arrival as easy as possible. We then received a very warm welcome from Anna at the old city gate. She was really helpful, kind and friendly.
The apartment is in a charming location high up next to the battlements. It is a building with plenty of character but has modern facilities too. All in all we had a very pleasant stay.

My husband and I stayed at Batala apartments for 3 nights and found it to be extremely good value in an otherwise fairly expensive city.
Our double room was quite big and had an extra single bed and seating area as well. The bathroom was well appointed and the shower very very good.

The location in Lapad was perfect, we had a beautiful view of the bay. The owners were very friendly and welcoming throughout the week. Some people would probably object to the number of steps to the room (247) but if you are able, keeps you healthy. We enjoyed our stay and would certainly consider staying with Zora again.

Lovely Villa in Dubrovnik. The building was new, furniture is new, very comfortable. The staff was very helpful, friendly, generous, hospitable and not to forget that they're always there for you.
