1st of all the staff are excellent , helpful & friendly . location is perfect right in the heart of the old city . the rooms are clean , spacious & very modern . plenty of shops .bar & restaurants near by also i would stay here again with out hesitation -

Enjoyed our stay over here. Location is a 5 min car drive away from Dubrovnik's old town, but bus is going to city center every 30 minutes (Taxi about 15 EUR). The apartment facilities are excellent!: it's well decorated and equipped. Beds are very good. It has an amazing view, and is very well located: 15 minutes walk to the port, less than 100 meters from the bus stop which will take you to the Old City. Personal is friendly and helpfull.

The apartment was well placed in Dubrovnik only a three minute walk from the main gate into the city. It is right in the hub of things, surrounded by shops and restaurants. It is quiet at night and no noise can be heard from the nearby eateries. We were able to come back during the day several times. The shower was excellent and the bathroom newly fitted. Seeing where some of the apartments are in Dubrovnik i.e up several dozen stone steps the apartment Lepur is a winner!

Family House Fascination was perfect for us. Nora was a lovely host. Friendly, happy and always helpful. She was always available. The atmosphere was very relaxed. It offers everything you need to have a pleasant stay in Dubrovnik. The manager is wonderful and gives you all the info you need and very good tips on restaurants, beaches etc. the flat is in a quiete area with a real view and a big hotel nearby with a wellness spa swimming pool and taxis available anytime. Buses are 2 mins walking and city center max 15mins walking.

Iva was a fantastic host and showed us the best restaurants. She also helped me print a document which I needed urgently. Very good experience at her cosy apartment complete with a kitchenette for light cooking. When we wanted to extend our stay by a day, she didn't have available apartments but she helped us find an equally good apartment in the next street. Superb location, very near the main Cathedral. High recommended!

Location was quiet but not far from everything. Steps could be difficult for older folk, however the owner was there to help with our cases. The room and facilities were clean and inviting and added to our stay in Dubrovnik. The owner looked after us well and nothing was too much trouble.

This apartment is very elegant, bright, clean and quiet; thanks for good windows :). The staff was wonderful and extremely helpful. We received a lot of information and many practical tips about Dubrovnik and traditions. If we have questions the answers were replied quickly by e-mails or SMSes. From the moment we arrived we were made very welcome by the staff , everybody was genuinely helpful . The hotel is a beautifully restored mansion and is a refuge from the crowded madness of Dubrovnik . Great location close to the sea and parkland. Bars and restaurants a few yards away and easy access to the old town by number 6 bus 50 metres from the front door.
Extremely friendly and informative staff. Room 31, although at the top of the house has an amazing roof terrace, must be seen. Great value hotel and a great place to be based for a trip of any length to the stunning Dubrovnik.

This apartment was located right in the middle of one of the most vibrant squares in all of Dubrovnik. Every morning there is an open market where fresh produce and locally made items are for sale. Some of the best restaurants are right outside the apartments door. The owners went out of their way to take care of us, even picking us up at the bus station and escorting us to the room.
