  Great breakfast!, haven't seen the same selection and quality since Radisson Blu Resort in Split. Nice public areas. Nice staff everywhere. Reasonable prices in pool bar and hotel bar.   Hotel Adria has the most amazing view in Dubrovnik! Hotel rooms are the best we've stayed in - very modern, decent size, comfortable beds, nice clean modern bathrooms and large balcony with, again, an amazing view over the marina! The staff at the bar are very friendly, as are the front desk staff who are also very helpful. Free parking (in abundance), very easy to find, situated on the main road so if you are with a car very practical for trips to other towns along the coast (no need to enter the city). All in all, to me it seems like very good value for money. In most countries that I have been to you could find rooms like this only

  + Location is perfect. Close to the old town but with free parking space. We walked to the old town center in only 10 minutes with our little son. The walk to the center is almost complete flat leveled, so no hill climbing.   We stayed in the Duplex apartment at the start of October.The location of the apartment cannot be beaten, absolutely in the centre of old Dubrovnik. It is right at the heart of the city life and as it is the top two floors is actually very quiet...except for the bells of St Blaise's church (literally a few feet away) and the Cathedral. The facilities to cook are absolutely fine but you are spoilt fo - The apartment was perfectly central in the city, very easy to get to on arrival & extremely spacious, so no tripping over the suitcase during our stay! It was great to have somewhere we were never more than a 15 minute walk away from (within the city walls), for any well needed breaks from the blazing sun. I would definitely stay there again on a return to trip to Dubrovnik.

Its 3 mins walk to the entrance of the Old Town from Ploce gate and 200 steps down to the nearest beach ... what is really special about the apartment is getting the view of the Old Town & the sea! The other thing is that the owners , Lucijiana & her husband are very very warm and welcoming. - The apartment is really, really clean and beautifully decorated with the owner's taste. Everything is new and renovated very conveniently. And also very close to the beach and the Old Town. They do have a parking lot and also there are little supermarkets around there. The owner is very friendly and nice person. She cares everything even our laundry. She is open-minded so we could cook our Korean food which might be a bit stronger smell than European one. This is the perfect place for travelers
