The attention to detail at the Fairmont Peace Hotel is second to none. From the friendly nature of the staff, exquisite surroundings and location. The Fairmont Peach Hotel is one of new favourite hotels. The service was outstanding from the moment we were collected from the airport and during our whole stay. I cant recommend this hotel enough.

The location of this hotel is perhaps only surpassed by its design. The rooms are something else here! Very well thought out, they could well be the best I ever stayed in. I would also be surprised if the pool did not get any design awards. Awe inspiring! -

The best location in Shanghai - safe area, on subway line 2 and close to everything, including some of the best restaurants in Shanghai. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The Concierge, Nicholas knows everything. He provided excellent recommendations for dining, made the reservations and provided directions. There are great dining options close to the hotel. The complimentary tea and coffee and cookies in the lounge 24 hours was a god -send after a day out in the Shanghai heat. The hotel’s location is excellent for visiting Shanghai. The metro station is just right beside the hotel. Staffs are polite and rooms are modern, spacious and clean. The swimming pool is definitely one of the most fantastic pools I have ever seen. The overall experiences are fabulous! I will come back to this hotel again with no question.

Superb location,great relaxed atmosphere and even thfough in the center of town its like so quiet inside.Lots of privacy and the view is among the best for a city view towards the Huangpu/Lujiazui at the distant.Highly recommended as travelling is made so easy with the easy access to the subway at People square. -

Location, location, location!
I stayed here twice. The hotel is close to the train station - People's Square, exit 14. It's in walking distance to East Nanjing Rd without all the noise. You can also walk to the Bund really easily.
The staff are super friendly and speak English well. Breakfast was ok-good as it was included, no complaints there.

The ambience of the hotel was really good all through out the hotel, the
interior design from the lobby to the reception to the restaurants and
especially the rooms is outstanding.
The staff were very helpful and eager to serve in whatever way they can. From helping to arrange sightseeing tours or mapping out places to go, or picking up a taxi.
The staff spoke very good english, especially the concierge.
