the hotel is probably not the most modern one in Ningbo, but for the quality of the service is most probably one of the best one in the city.

Nothing bad to say about this hotel. Staff are excellent, as is the
Hotel. Its good value for such a high grade hotel and does cater for
all types of traveler, with good English spoken by a lot of the staff,
plus there are usually some French staff around, if that's your
first language. The airports is not far, plus the staff will pick up
tickets

every taste and is generally top quality, also not dear, by western
standards at least. -
The service was outstanding. All staff made me feel very welcome and were really attentive to my needs.
Having free wifi throughout the dining and lounging areas of the hotel was really useful.
Food was very good, the 50% offer on the evening buffet was an outstanding offer, and the bbq was delicious!

I stayed from 22nd to 26th August 2013 and was very impressed with the
staff but in particular the Executive Lounge. I stay in many hotels in
Asia, and in China, and can say that this is one of the best Lounges
I've experienced. The team were very attentive but not overbearing
and can see that the Manager, I believe is Jessica Lim (?), manages a

The facilities are great, some of the best in Ningbo. It is just a short taxi to the local pub district. Overall its very impressive.

The rooms are spacious, very clean and extremely well finished and
decorated. This extended into every detail through the whole hotel, from
lobby to hallways and rooms to a level you don't see very often in
China, specially not in this price class. Bed was of superb quality.
Break fast was nice with a good choice between Chinese and Western food.
Also the food from room service was affordable and very tasty. Best
thing was the spa, never had such a good massage anywhere in China.

The mall has a decent new Italian restaurant, a kfc and Starbucks among
other local restaurants. The breakfast spread was great with live eggs. -

Good location, there is Wushan night market just right at the bottom of the apartment. There are bus stops just one street away which is easily access to many tourist spots (Pls take note that most of the tourist spots in Hangzhou is not accessible via metro but bus). - Location : 5 min walks to Airport Transfer Bus (rmb 20 / person), just in front of a street that will transform to a famous night market (from 18 to 23pm) and antique market on friday to sunday (09am to 16pm), near some small food resto like noodle etc also Subway burger, 10 min walks to famous Halal Food Resto
- Room : spacious size as describe on the web, each room has microwave and washing machine, good quality bedding and high pressure water for shower.
