I happened to have lost my laptop in the airport, and I only found out
when I reached out hotel. The concierge people - 2 female staff -
followed up with Airport lost and found dept, and I got my laptop back.
It was more to how calm they were and followed up. They worried about me
as much as I worried about myself. Also breakfast was just amazing!

Booked in for a for a standard room and because my birthday was the following week, I was upgraded with a suite, and given wine and chocolate. Wonderful gesture, but as I had a 1am flight, wasn't able to take full advantage of staying the night. It will definitely be the hotel I stay in while in GZ. -

The location is central to shopping and digital plaza. Ideal for the dotcoms.
Rooms well equipped and really it felt like home away from home.
Breakfast was well presented,but little choice for the vegetarian .
The sauna/jacuzzi and steam room a little disappointing as no towels are provided and no attendants in the spa centre.

Great if you are attending the Canton Fair. They have clean, very spacious rooms. There's a kitchen and Landry within the rooms. My room invluded breakfast. It's good but not great. At free I'm not complaining.
I've stayed at the Hyatt and its same class but at 4 times the price.
Ascott is a great place for business and families. -

For me is the 3rd time i stayed at Baiyun Hotel.
It is a good hotel if you go to Guangzhou for Business. Indeed it is a Chinese hotel and you can have some little difficulties with the language and cigarette (if you are not a smoker). Is a good hotel, nice breakfast with good view, clean rooms, beatiful pool in the last floor

The staff were very helpful and many of them spoke English or were able
to ask someone else to answer any questions we had. The choice of food
was great. Nearly all the written information in the room was in English
as well as Chinese! Generally an amazing hotel, staff and facilities.

Hotel staff were attentive. Rooms were clean. I can say its the best and most respectable hotel in Guangzhou. Shopping malls nearby, good Italian and Turkish restaurants 10 mins away.
