Our entire family enjoyed our stay at the Peninsula. The room was spacious, clean and thoughtfully designed. I love how the desk area is separated from the rest of the room. It allows me to do some work while the kids are watching a movie. The management really pays attention to the details which made our stay extremely comfortable. -

They provided a crib, bottle warmer, sterilizer, baby products without a word. They were fantastic with our son!!! Especially the Lounge staff

complaints. We were transferred to the upper floor when we complained
about the noise from the renovation and to a non-smoking floor as

Personal ist sehr freundlich und spricht gutes Englisch. Besonders eine Person der Rezeption sprach sehr gutes Englisch. Zimmer sind sauber und nett. Gute lage zur U-bahn Station 10 minuten zu Fuß. Two of them, 4 stars hotels paid by the conference, and this one for the last two days, to do some tourism after leaving Beijing. I have to say that this was the better of the three hotels I stayed. Really like the place, real Beijing feel. -
By its very nature I was immersed in the Hutong and saw how those people live on a daily basis.
For one week I got to feel like a real Beijinger living in the Hutong (albeit a fancy Hutong) and see the culture in a way that is impossible for a tour group staying in a fancy hotel.

I loved the design. The authentic feel of the historic premises was
truly captivating. The design of the hotel is superb, blending old with
new in an absolutely perfect way. The staff were very helpful,
professional, warm and friendly, and dressed in traditional Chinese
clothing. One could get to know them all by name, and they are all
wonderful.
