  It was so charming, and we loved our room and its balcony that led to the rooftop views. Just a delightful inn with a stunning location overlooking the city and the bay. - Very friendly staff and beautiful rooms. The view from the roof also a plus. I enjoyed and relaxed at this great hotel in a wonderful port town.

  My room overlooking the garden was very quiet and comfortable. Easy to get to from bus station. The breakfast is very good so much it's impossible to finish. - The breakfast was absolutely the best ever. Loved the patio off my room. Perfect location. Staff worked with me on late notice check-out.

  We loved this hotel from the moment we arrived. The staff welcomed us and, as we had arrived before our room was ready, they ensured we were comfortable in their lounge with fresh tea and coffee while our room was finished. We were given a map and recommended the free English walking tour....a great way to see this lovely city. - WOW... what a charming place to stay... visited many places in SouthAmerica but this one was one of the best ever.   This was our most expensive hotel (of 3) in south america, and yet still a "good" deal. We had some well priced hotels in santiago and buenos aires but they didnt have these features( hot buffet breakfast , large rooms and baths). For those who want a good hotel, this would meet your needs. Good features.
