  This is an excellent value that put us right in the middle of the best tourist attractions in Santiago. We felt quite safe in the area and had access to many restaurants--even a super-market in the building. The staff was most helpful and responsive to all of our requests.   The location was great - right near the Los Leones metro - and the apartment was really nice. Great value. I highly recommend it! - Great location and lots of space in the apartment. Staff were very friendly and helpful, and bag storage was a blessing.
