The attitude towards pets was very open and friendly. Less restrictive than other places I have stayed.
We had an upstairs room which was clean and quiet it was well equipped with a few minor issues.
It was available during a busy time.
Staff provided good recommendation for breakfast place.

The air-conditioner did not work well enough and was a bit noisy.

The minor issues were the door on the freezer box was broken and fell off when used.
the front of the air conditioner came off when opening the control door (I took the control door off problem resolved). The new remote for the flat screen TV was not programmed for the TV function (I programmed it) problem resolved.
The more serious problem was the inside security lock on the door was very difficult to open and could be a safety issue in an emergency so we did not use it.
The wi-fi didn't work - and we tried all the ways we knew and the staff couldn't seem to help.
Camper people in parking lot using outside steps for smoking and drinking.
Room smelled of smoke which permeated all our clothes. Shower temperature was temperamental. Had to request our room be made up as it wasn't done automatically, and then we were asked "what" we'd like done (had to explain to make the bed, provide fresh towels etc). No second key available for room. Curtains didn't fully cover the windows so room was visible from exterior and lots of light let in early in the morning.
Way over priced-should of been $40.00-will never stay there again.
Smokers allowed to smoke on balconies, in room door ways and in rooms. Rooms smelled like cigarette smoke.
