Ce que les gens disent
I loved how friendly the staff were. They offered helpful information with personal touches and experiences. They offered recommendations about places to see and things to do, and I appreciated the service they offered. Our tap was broken which resulted in no hot water in the bathroom sink. We told them about it and they were right on it - they replaced the tap for us :) the service here was amazing which really made the stay a joy! We had picked up some wine and they had lovely wine glasses fo. tous commentaires »
- Great price, 4 people for 130$/night.
- Nice location, 1 block from the beach for the Oakanagan lake
- Kitchen was well stocked with pans, utensils
- 3 beds, 2 of which were in a seperate room with a door so you could move around without disturbing everyone.
- Picnic benches outside the room for relaxing and talking.
- Very friendly staff.
The staff were extremely friendly and informative. They actually reduced the rate charged and also moved us to another room when they noticed my partner had difficulty walking and the stairs would have been too much. It was an even larger suite and at no extra cost. Super service.
Well cared for beachside motel. Had everything needed including a full kitchen with a sharp knife, cutting board, grater, pots and pans - everything clean and in good working order. The hotel was very clean, and the staff helpful and friendly.
We were upgraded to a one bedroom suite instead of a room with two
queens which worked great for my two teenage girls. They loved the pool
and hot tub and proximity to the channel and lake.
The motel was very clean and very close to many things - the beach, the water float, the activity park. The owners were extremely friendly. We had a very relaxing trip.
Overall, our stay was pleasant. Friendly staff, clean rooms, comfy bed. The location was great and made for an enjoyable time. The price was excellent too.
Well priced. The girl at reception was great. They changed my room to accommodate my visiting grandson and allowed him to use the pool. Great experience!!.
Location -walking distance to South Okanagan Events Center.
Staff was very friendly. We were in Penticton for a concert & would stay there again.
quiet, responsive staff when we asked for our towels not to be changed daily, recycling, very pleasant staff, wifi, pool and hot tub, facilities.
The fact it was close to most things.
Close to go to Naramata and the United Church Camp and did see some of the winderies.
Extremely friendly owners and very clean and spacious room. Flat screen TV is nice. Only few steps to the lakeside.
EVERYTHING! Esp. Dan, Christine, Sam, and Tank. They make their guests feel like part of the family.
It was clean, the staff were friendly, great location, close to everything and priced reasonable.
Acceptance of young children and helpfulness of staff. friendly atmosphere.
The staff were great. It was very clean. The location was excellent.

Convienent location
Pleasent rooms.

Location, Price, Staff, and cleaness.
Super friendly welcome
Lots of room.
location.
was clean and quite, heating did actually work which in Calgary is a plus.
Great staff and location.
close to the beach.
The rooms could use some updating and renovations. The bed that we slept on was wobbly for lack of a better word and not very comfortable. The heat was a bit difficult to control as well. I knew these things were just because the pkace was a bit older. Overall though, I really enjoyed my stay!.
- 1 foot square piece of ceiling was missing for some reason in our room. Not a big deal, seeing exposed pipes was kind of odd though.
It is a little dated but very clean and the service more than made up for any shortcomings.
Overall the place was quite clean but the living from area smelled
like urine.
They need to fix the "lake" in the parking lot.
No in-room coffee.
Electrical plugs not all working.
Bed was quite hard and found it hard on the back
Salty's restaurant was terrible and they did not even adjust the bill. Thought you should know,.
The pillows were thin and hard. The sign said "heated pool" but the pool wasn't really heated.
I wish there was a fire pit, but I understand the fire risk in the Okanagan. A few extra fluffy pillows is always nice too :-).
It is a bit dated.
Very expensive in Penticton that time of the year.
The air conditioner was loud, the fridge was loud and had to ask for soap they didn't replace it when gone .
Motel neighbors were noise all night.
considered not bad for the price.
not anything I really did not like.
It is overpriced for what you get.
Kitchenette did not have much in the way of kitchen and cooking utensils
Very old and VERY loud air conditioner.
