  The staff was incredibly helpful, setting up a waterfall tour for us on the spot. They were also able to check us in early and allowed a late checkout, which was fantastic for our rather hectic travel schedule. The room was small, but very clean and modern. It was central to everything and a short walk to the boats for day trips to the islands and swimming. I would highly recommend the Pousada Do Ouro.

  tout a été super ! l'accueil d'abord de Riccardo et Yvan, puis la pousada qui est tout à fait charmante, la décoration soignée, le petit déjeuner parfait, la propreté irréprochable. The owner is generous, very friendly and spoils his guests wherever he can. He even offered to make fried eggs and crepes for us for breakfast. The room is clean and comfortable. The shower was always hot and nice. We personally enjoyed that there are no kids around. We loved to watch the cats, monkeys and birds - The Pousada was very well designed, you can see that the owners and the team pay a huge attention to the needs of their guests and also to the conditions of their property and facilities. They all were so friendly and even helping us to find a nice place on our way along the Costa Verde. They serve real good breakfast, have a nice garden and the rooms are equipped with all you need. But the biggest WOW-effect was to see that they focus 100% on the well-being of their guests, without any stress.

  friendly staff, good taste for decoration, amazing flowers and colours providing a sophisticated and happy environment. Good Wi-Fi access, good breakfast. - I liked everything!! I will definetely return there. Just loved everything! The stay, the city, the meals.. I already want to go back!!!

  The Staff was extremely helpful. The manager Luci goes out of her way to help. She knows which tours to take and can help you get them set up and she speaks perfect english. She is there at breakfast to meet and greet and to help with any questions. Really comfortable. Great breakfast. There were pet cats there which adds to the honey atmosphere. They offered great suggestions for restaurants and a boat excursion with Sr. Antonio!
